UC Moves Returns in May
UC Moves, an annual well-being event that promotes wellness and an active lifestyle, returns in May.
Through a friendly competition among all UC campuses, UC Moves event encourages our community to incorporate physical activity into their daily routine and reach the recommended 150 minutes of physical activity a week.
Registration is now open external site (opens in a new window) ! Participants can register as teams or individuals and track their movement throughout the month.

- UC Moves Challenge: May 6-June 2
- Informational sessions about the registration process, creating/joining a team, and the overall program:
