Applications Open for New Career Wellness and Career Mobility Grants
Submit your application by Feb. 23
UCSF Wellness and Learning and Organization Development have partnered to create the Career Wellness and Career Mobility Grants.
This one-off grant opportunity for 2026 provides funding for ideas that support Career Wellness, one of UCSF's 7 pillars of wellness. Career Wellness is more than professional growth—it’s about aligning one’s work with purpose, values, and personal well-being. These grants aim to:
- Support creative, evidence-based projects that strengthen career fulfillment, mobility, and resilience.
- Encourage use of UCSF’s Talent Marketplace as a platform for internal career exploration, mentorship, and project-based learning.
- Reduce burnout and increase engagement by fostering connection, skill-building, and shared purpose across teams and departments.
UCSF faculty and staff are eligible to apply for grants of up to $4,000 that align with one or more of the following focus areas: Career Development, Career Wellness Programming, Mentorship, Burnout Prevention and Engagement, and Access.
Submit your application via the Career Wellness and Career Mobility Grants Application Portal by Monday, Feb. 23 at 5 p.m. PT. Full details of the program are on the Career Wellness and Career Mobility Grant webpage.
