Join us for Reboot Your Wellness Goals: A Mid-Winter Reset for Sustainable Habits, an interactive lunchtime session open to all UCSF faculty, staff, and learners to help you learn effective goal setting techniques.
This one-hour Zoom session explores five drivers of wellness — Movement, Nutrition, Sleep, Mental Wealth, and Environment — and provides science-backed strategies to help you set meaningful, flexible goals that last.
Through interactive polls and relatable case examples, you’ll identify barriers, discover small but powerful behavior shifts, and design your own “micro-goal” to stay on track this season.
