Pathway to Retirement is series of live educational webcasts to help UCSF faculty and staff plan for financial security and enjoy all that retirement brings. The weeklong series runs Oct. 21-24 and features the following planning essentials:
- Envisioning your retirement
- Income planning for the long term
- UC Pension and Retirement Savings Program benefits
- Social Security benefits and claiming strategies
- Health coverage for retirees
- Navigating the UC retirement process
- Important resources and next steps
Featured speakers include special guest retiree speaker Wanda Ware. Kendra Eaglin and Evelyn Arechiga from the UCSF Benefits Office and Emily Place from the Healthcare Facilitator Program will also be presenting. They will cover your UC retirement benefits, the steps to take when you’re ready to retire and eligibility rules for retiree health.
Session details
Sessions are offered at 10 a.m. and repeated at 3 p.m. to accommodate schedules. Register for each session you plan to attend at the links below:
