Join our FSAP Clinicians to learn more about our Virtual 8-Week Mindfulness Course to help:
Reduce anxiety and stressIncrease mental resilience and distress toleranceDecrease self-defeating thought patternsIncrease experiences of happiness and productivityThe Introductory Session will take place on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 from 12-1 PM.
Please note: Attending the March 18th information Session is a prerequisite to be eligible for the free 8-week course.
