Join the UCSF contingent of teams for AIDS Walk San Francisco, an annual 5K walk in Golden Gate Park to raise funds to benefit programs and services for people living with HIV/AIDS in the Bay Area and beyond, including some programs at UCSF.
Part of the San Francisco community for 160 years and counting, UCSF has participated in AIDS Walk San Francisco since the start of the epidemic and continues to be a fundraising force as a top team for decades.
This year, the UCSF AIDS Walk Steering Committee set a goal to raise $110k goal as the dozen or so teams aim to raise the most funds in a friendly competition for the coveted AIDS Walk trophy. Here are the teams vying for bragging rights:

Those who donate $50 will get a free team UCSF T-shirt and a free lunch at the UCSF table in Robin Williams Meadow in Golden Gate Park. Please arrive by 9 a.m. to pick up your T-shirt and get a complimentary pancake breakfast inside the tent at AIDS Walk San Francisco. Also be on hand for a team UCSF photo opportunity on hippie hill. After the walk, please be sure to return to the UCSF table to get your lunch.
