UCSF Neuro-oncology patients and caregivers are invited to join a complimentary online fou-week exercise class with a physical therapist. The class will focus on balance, strength, aerobic training and flexibility training specific for brain tumor patients.
NOTE: All participants will be required to sign a UCSF liability waiver before participating in the class.
About the Instructor: Jordan LaBrec is a physical therapist who provides exercise counseling for patients with cancer through the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center. He treats patients with cancer as a physical therapist where he specializes in exercise oncology and is the class instructor for the Core and More and Strength in Numbers cancer group exercise classes.
