Take a mindful step toward your Step It Up 2025: Snow Wonder movement goals with this special session featuring Tai Chi Flow — a gentle, grounding practice that supports your daily movement and overall well-being.

In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll build balance, strength, and body awareness through slow, flowing movements that blend exercise and meditation. Tai Chi Flow can help reduce stiffness, improve posture, and reconnect you with your center — a perfect complement to your Step It Up activity points.
